IT'S BACK

Developer Addenbrooke Pty Ltd has submitted a development application proposing to build an additional berthing arm on the eastern side of the marina. The third arm was refused in a Land and Environment Court ruling in 2009 after Woollahra Council twice rejected the development application However, the developer is back for an another attempt to get the DA approved.

The additional arm will accommodate 37 berths of 15m in length. It will also add nine berths of 10m in length to the recently completed western arm.
