 Woollahra Council is the consent authority for this development application.
 
 How the Development application will be assessed:

 • 		Council staff will consider the development application, review all submissions and write a report recommending to the Council either to approve or reject the development application.
 
 Woollahra Council's Strategic and Corporate Committee will then debate the staff's report and either adopt or reject the report's recommendations.
 
 The Strategic and Corporate Committee's decision will then be sent to the full Council to either be adopted or rejected. All fifteen Councillors will vote to either approve or reject the development application.
 
 Current progress of development application
 
 Woollahra Council's planning staff are in the process of assessing the development application - a decision is some months away. Objections can still be sent to Council and they will be accepted up to the day of determination.
 
 Members of the community will be able to address the Council's Strategic and Corporate Committee and voice their concerns directly to the Councillors.
 
 www.saverosebay.org will advertise the Council's Meeting date when known.
